Our Position within the NGK Group

As part of the NGK Group, NGK Fine Molds Inc. belongs to the New Metals Division of the Digital Society Business Group. NGK Fine Molds Inc. stands in a line with each division of the New Metals Division such as the Planning Department, the Sales & Marketing Department, the Manufacturing Department, the Engineering Department and the R&D Department.

Organizational Chart

This is the organizational chart of NGK Fine Molds, Inc. The President oversees the Molds Division, Equipment Division, General Affairs Department, Safety Quality Assurance and Environment Department. The Molds Division is composed of the Molds Sales Department, and Molds Manufacturing Department. The Molds Manufacturing Department is composed of the Plastic Mold Management Group, Plastic Mold Manufacturing Group 1 and Group 2. The Equipment Division is composed of the Equipment Engineering Department, and Equipment Sales Department. The Equipment Engineering Department is composed of the Processing Technology Group. The Equipment Sales Department is composed of the Market Development Group, Purchase Engineering Group, Chubu Sales Office, Kanto Sales Office, Gunma Office and Kansai Sales Office. The General Affairs Department is composed of the General Affairs Group.
