CAD/CAM Technology

We have several kinds of CAD/CAM application software. Unigraphics(TM) and Pro/ENGINEER(TM) are used as high-end CAD/CAM system and EUKLID(TM) is used as surface-based CAD/CAM system. The newest version of each application is always used and high performance computers are prepared as their platform. To obtain an effective design for manufacturing, our highly-trained engineers make an effort to use as many of their functions as possible. Our CAD/CAM technology provides a high quality output and automatic machining environment. And also, we often customize these CAD/CAM applications to add our know-how and reduce operation time. We have some technical staff who can use many kinds of programming languages such as C++, java, perl, awk and Visual Basic.

Information Technology
To use the best Information Technology is a very important topic for the mold industry. We always keep up with the newest information technology including knowledge of computer networking, system administration, operating system, and internet technology.
Inside the company, the local area network (LAN), which provides high speed transmision, consists of optical fiber cable and switching equipment. Linux based internet servers like SMTP/POP3, PROXY, WWW, FTP are set up by ourselves.
This information technology provides us a comfortable computing environment, so that we can communicate with customers efficiently and make decisions quickly.

5-Axis Machining Technology


Generally, only a few mold makers can use 5-axis maching technology today. To make tire master models quickly and finely, we have been using the 5-axis machining technology for more than ten years . Did you know that the milling vector for tire grooves must be varied continuously? That is the reason why we use many 5-axis cutter paths.
And now, we are going to apply the 5-axis milling technology not only for milling master models, but also for direct milling cavi/core blocks.

Precision Casting Technology
